Roleplaying Game Materials

I made the following simple record sheets for Elric!, but they'll work for 5th edition Stormbringer as well:

These were originally designed for U.S. Letter sized paper, but should fit on A4 sized paper as well. (See also KiB.)

I've made a OpenRPG node/character sheet for Story Engine and Story Bones from Hubris Games.

I've made OpenRPG node/character sheet and node/quicksheet (for monsters, NPCS, etc.) for for Buffy the Vampire Slayer Roleplaying Game from Eden Studios, Inc.

Butch Curry's Savage Beasts from his Savage Worlds Downloads from Zombie Nirvana has an index, but not a table of contents, so I made one.

Here are a couple of campaign histories, largely as reference materials for me and for the players in these campaigns. They're probably not particularly useful for you.
